Consultation Policy

All consultations are provided by a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in compliance with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) Code of Professional Conduct.

Creditable Fees

• TRV, Visitor Visas, Study Permits: Fee credited if you retain our services within 30 days.
• Permanent Residence, Sponsorship, PNP, Appeals, Complex Matters: Fee credited if you retain within 120 days.
• Employer/Business Consultations: May be credited within 120 days, at our discretion.
• Credits apply once per file and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Refunds & Rescheduling

• All consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of outcome or eligibility.
• One reschedule is allowed with 48 hours’ notice. Late requests or no-shows forfeit the fee.
• No cancellations are permitted once booked.

Scope

• Consultations are limited to the time booked (15–60 minutes).
• Only matters discussed in the session are covered. Additional issues may require a new consultation or retainer.
• Written summaries are not included unless noted.

Professional Standards

• A consultation provides advice but does not create a client–representative relationship until a retainer agreement is signed.
• Fees are subject to applicable GST/HST.

Additional Terms

• Urgent/Same-Day Requests: Rush surcharge may apply.
• Follow-Up Sessions: Returning clients may book shorter follow-ups at a reduced rate.
• Communication: All calls and meetings are by appointment only. Extra time outside consultation/retainer may incur fees.
