Canada Express Entry Immigration

The Canada Express Entry system, launched in 2015, is a leading method for attaining Canadian permanent residence. Instead of the old “first come, first served” model, Express Entry uses an online system to manage applications. Candidates submit an online profile under specific immigration programs. Using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS), profiles are scored and ranked. High-scoring candidates receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence and have 60 days to complete their application. The goal is a six-month processing time for these applications.
