Refund Policy

Our refund practices follow the CICC Code of Professional Conduct and are outlined in each client’s signed Retainer Agreement.

Consultations

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for the RCIC’s professional time and advice.

Professional Services

  • Refunds of professional fees are subject strictly to the terms of the signed Retainer Agreement.

  • Fees already earned for services delivered are non-refundable.

  • Government application fees (paid to IRCC or provinces), third-party costs (medical exams, biometrics, translations, courier services), and administrative expenses are non-refundable.

Discretionary Refunds

  • Beyond the Retainer Agreement, refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Glocal Immigration.
